TEAM
Practice Manager
The practice manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and liaises with Warwickshire Primary Care Trust. She heads a team of receptionists and secretaries who endeavour to provide a friendly and efficient service.
Receptionists
The senior receptionist and her colleagues are the first people you will meet when you visit the surgery. They are there to assist you with any problems or queries that you may have. You will have access to a receptionist via telephone or face to face in the practice from Monday to Friday. Please check surgery opening times.
Practice Nurses
The
practice nurses are central to our programme of health promotion.
They are specially trained in this field. Please make an appointment
with one of them to discuss any of the following:

Occasionally
we have medical and other students working in the practice for short
periods. If you do not wish to have the student present during your
consultation, please inform the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor
or nurse. We will inform you when we have students in the practice.
