THE PRACTICE TEAM

Practice Manager

The practice manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and liaises with Warwickshire Primary Care Trust. She heads a team of receptionists and secretaries who endeavour to provide a friendly and efficient service.

Receptionists

The senior receptionist and her colleagues are the first people you will meet when you visit the surgery. They are there to assist you with any problems or queries that you may have. You will have access to a receptionist via telephone or face to face in the practice from Monday to Friday. Please check surgery opening times.

Practice Nurses

The practice nurses are central to our programme of health promotion. They are specially trained in this field. Please make an appointment with one of them to discuss any of the following:

• Routine health promotion health checks • Alcohol advice
• Giving up smoking • Dietary advice and weight reduction
• Travel immunisation and advice • Contraception
• Booster injection eg tetanus and polio • Cervical smears
• Ear syringing • Removal of stitches
