Emergencies
If you are confronted by a serious problem such as acute
chest pain or severe bleeding, call an ambulance (tel 999) before calling
the surgery.
Hospital
Letters
If you are making an appointment to see the doctor
regarding a letter from the hospital, please check first to see if we
have received the letter. This will save your time and the doctor's
time.
Carers
If you are looking after a partner, relative or friend who is ill
or has a disability please let us know. With your permission we will
put you on our Carers' Register. We can also put you in touch with the
Carers' Support Service.
Removal
Of Patients From The Practice List
In the event of a patient
being removed from the practice list, the practice will provide a written
explanation of the reasons for such action and provide that patient with information on how to
find a new GP.
Freedom
Of Information - Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information
Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication
Scheme is a guide to the 'classes' of information the practice intends
